The idea
From American classic to modern industrial — with a tropical heart.
The owner wanted the existing classic façade transformed into something minimalist and modern-industrial, with room for the plants they love to grow.
A secondary façade of timber battens and perforated screens, marble-clad volumes and planter ledges give the house depth, shade and a softer, greener face to the street.
